Adjustable spring kit; 30% glass filled Noryl^® composite; stainless steel hardware 

The CKS2 is used to adjust the pilot trip pressure of the valve. The standard shift pressure is 35 PSI for the Pneucon C Series valve line.  By adding this kit you can adjust the pilot shift pressure up to 80 PSI.  The kit comes with 2 springs and they can easily be changed out by removing the end cap. Adjustment is made by simply screwing the the adjuster to apply additional spring tension on the spool. Note: the adjustable end cap can no be used as a pressure port.

 

This kit is often used as a simple pressure sensor to shut down or shut off a system if the air pressure drops to low.  By adjusting this valve to a higher pressure it will drop off first in the case of a slow pressure drop.
