Jeweled orifice adapter; Black .006; 10-32 ports

The CCK5 jeweled orifice adapter allows the versatility of using any 10-32 connector fitting. The ruby jeweled orifice is five times more abrasive resistant than carbide, has zero porosity, is high temperature tolerant and is extremely chemical resistant. The ruby will stand up to harsh environments without appreciable wear or corrosion of the orifice.

Using an orifice offers much more consistent accuracy than a needle valve at the same flow requirement. The needle and seat have to be virtually shut to control below a .020 range. Foreign matter is easily trapped and the needle valve will require constant adjusting and cleaning. Jeweled orifices have knife sharp edges that tend to clean themselves.
